Hello, I agree with your requirements, and am able to discuss all details before bidding; and (of course) can show you some initial steps (screenshots or small 1-2min video) in forward. And I'd like to know details of the project. I am strong in C++ / WinAPI / Graphics+GUI etc. (GUI applications for Windows).
