Hi I need my website xml converted into csv so i can copy paste into my google merchant feed? sounds simple and should be. i use [login to view URL] click tab convert and voila then copy past into my spreadsheet but for some reason i don' t know it wont work. i am not tech savy and am only guessing the xml from my url could be to big or is there something wrong with the converter. My usual person who helps me is overseas. What i need is someone to explain to me where i'm going wrong and what converter i can use safely without ending up with a whole lot of crap on my computer i don' t need or without paying too much for a simple task.

hi, since you mentioned the word WEBSITE XML, i assume that it is a static url, so I can do both ways (upload xml and convert to csv, or convert to csv from a given url or a fixed url)
