Yii2 Backend / Frontend / RESTFUL API - Full upgrade and revamp of an excisting yii Webapp

We are a development startup and we Are looking for a good company / people to develop part of a project; The project consists of
2 parts:
-Basic Project:
1- Backend (PHP)
2- Frontend (PHP)
3- API (PHP, JSON, RETFUL)
-Extension project:
4- Android (JAVA)
5- iOS (SWIFT)
For the actual project we will be looking at the basic Project which will have:
1- Backend (PHP)
2- Frontend (PHP)
3- API (PHP, JSON, RETFUL)
The project already exists but we want to rewrite the full code of all parts, we can provide acess
to development server to view the actual code (only as a reference) , for Backend + Frontend a
migration (users + products + images) will be performed from the old system to the new system.
All projects will be with separate team around the globe so we require the use of Bitbucket and a
good conventional coding style as per the International standards.
We will consider if a company can develop the full Systems. But still bitbucket will be used for
monitoring.
A NDA will be signed by the parties before the start of the development, payments will be
divided in Milestones, code will be revised by a dedicated development team that will monitor
Bitbucket for code push.
Failure of the below will stop the milestone and could cancel the full project:
1- Not following coding conventions (no comments, style overuse of space etc…).
2- Repeated code.
3- Vulnerabilities in code
4- Unhandled exceptions
5- Misuse of the Bitbucket link or the provided development server.
The technologies below will be used in the 5 parts of the project and they are a must:
• UML: Activity diagrams – Class diagrams – Object diagrams etc…
• Web: PHP 7 – JSON – Apache/Nginx – Angular – Node.js – Css /Sass – HTML5 – JS -
Bootstrap 4
• Database: MySQL – Maria DB – Database clustering
• Framework: Yii2 – Laravel
• Communication: Mailchimp - Twilio
• Mobile: Firebase – JAVA - Android Studio – Objective C & Swift – Storyboards (is must)
• Social: Facebook Graph – Facebook pixel -Google Analytics
• Security: SSL – HTTPS – XSS – JS obfuscators
• SEO: CDN (Cloudflare – AWS) – minify CSS – Deep Links
• Version control: Bitbucket
• Chat: Node.js – erLang
• Web Service: RESTFUL - SOAP
All code must be done in the latest versions
