We require a report which shows the total time spent for each organisation in our Zendesk account. If possible, it should also have a filter to search by a date range. If you've done something like this before, probably using the API please do get in touch. As a minimum we will need the following headings: - Organisation name -- Allowance (mins) -- Support used (mins) -- Support remaining (mins) ABC Ltd -- 400 -- 35 -- 365 Northgate -- 1000 -- 700 -- 300 <Totals> We currently have custom fields against the organisations but these are not being updated. Happy to discuss this on the phone for more details.
