Cubecart v6 Plugin - SMS Order Notification

Looking for frontend developer to build a plugin for CubeCart platform. We need to build a SMS Order Notification plugin for CubeCart, end result will be similar to: [login to view URL] The purpose of this plugin is to allow e-commerce sites owner to easily set up and send SMS to notify customers on any changes of their order statuses. Also, to inform Admin of new orders received via SMS. The plugin must be sending SMS via MoceanAPI service. Please send similar plugin portfolio of your previous work.
