we want to automate our invoicing process a bit more.
So we got the following:
Ticket-System called "OTRS" (Data can be queried via PostgreSQL)
ERP for Invoicing called "dolibarr" (Data can be posted via REST-API)
What has to be done:
Build a Dashboard that we can select articles from the ticket-system, get additional information from the ERP-REST-API, create the Invoice in the ERP via REST-API and make an update statement to the ticket-system sql so the article is marked as
What we can provide:
- Ready Working SQL Statement for selecting the needed information from the ticket System
- Ready Working Reqest from the ERP-API for the needed additional Information
- Ready Working Posting-Request from ERP-API for invoice creation
- Ready Working SQL Statement for updating the article in the ticket-system
- Build the Dashboard (Doesnt has to look amazing ;))
- Make the Backend :-)
If you need we could provide access to a demo instance of both systems.
The Dashboard and Backend can be written in your favorite language (Python is preferred).
The whole Dashboard and Backend System can run on a different System, so no integration in Ticket-System or ERP must be done.
