Visio/PowerPoint expert for ongoing org chart maintenance

We're looking for someone to help us with maintaining and updating org charts for the different teams. You will be required to: 1. Maintain master org charts for the team based on functional reporting lines (direct manager) and project assignments - in Visio and Power Point 2. Coordinate with appointed team windows/contact parties once per month to verify that org charts are updated 3. Proactively check through the contract directory (Office365) and identify needed updates 4. Be available as needed to turn around custom org chart requests within 24 hours when required This will be an ongoing engagement and we're looking for someone who is a self starter and exhibits spectacular communication skills
