I would like a script which would list all the office 365 users in the domain and export the contacts from their mailbox as [login to view URL] A file with all users and the count of contacts for each user should also be produced. Additionally I would like a script which would re-import the CSV file into a users contacts eg if you modified the phone number. This script could take details for one user at a time and one CSV file.

I got you 2nd point that you want to generate one general file that has total number of contact for each users. But can you provide more details about you 3rd point. what I understand was you want to make some changes on csv file for any user and import that file and update contact as per file.
