Office 365 PowerShell Script

I'm looking for a PowerShell Script that will iterate over our O365 user calendars and count up "all day" calendar status, add them up, and then write them out to a shared calendar.

Pseudocode:
free_count = 0
busy_count = 0

for each day in next year:
for each user_calendar in domain:
if event = all_day:
if event_type = "free":
free_count = free_count +1
else if event_type = "busy":
busy_count = busy_count +1
# do the rest of event_types
