Powershell Add External Contacts To Office 365 Dristribution Group

1. We currently use Microsoft Forms on office 365 called "Join Our Mailing List" to capture new users that want to be added to our mailing list. We want to in return add the new sign up request to be added to a distribution email group called "No-reply2" whenever we have a new user. 2. If this is not possible I would like a one-click script solution that would check for a .csv and add users as external contacts with their name and email minimal to a distribution group We can place a file on our shared drive called "[login to view URL]" We can run the powershell script to pick up this file and add it to our exchange external contacts and also add them to the distribution group "No-reply2"
