Hi Sir My family business is sewing machine sales and garments supply we also have garment factory on manufacturing shirts my family has 60 years of experience in this industry we can guide you pls ping me if you are interested.
Hi,
Hope you are well. Your tunic designs are really unique and hopefully market crushing styling. If you don't mind, I want to share something with you. May be you know about bunch of apparel and fashion brands in USA. If you gonna think about sustainable clothing business I mean real fashion or investment in manufacturing. If you want to set up your fashion brand store in USA or else. Other hand you want to set up manufacturing mean sewing line to make your designed tunic and want to sale in market. I think if you place sewing order out of USA, that will be more sustainable. Why? I can show you strong logics behind it. you need fabrics, dyeing, threads, operators everything so expensive in USA even with hazerdous chemical for dyeing and washing is an issue for environment. Why most of US customer outside USA for their 100 to millions of manufacturing? Because there have lot of issues.
Now, How can I help you?
I can help you to manage a man in LA who is a real expert with all those set up, but is it really sustainable?!
if you ask me, I can say you place your order outside USA, that will be more cheaper manufacturing cost than USA inside and more sustainable to grow your brand or sales.
I am a Textile and apparel Manufacturing Engineer with 10+ years experience with many top brands.
I can help you factory design, floor plan, line plan, machine layout, man machine design, sourcing, developmet, ... more..
Feel free to leave a message to discuss more.
thanks
