Automation script for playing local commercial audio files, during listening of online radio

In my coffee shop, every day we listen to the web radio, via the [login to view URL] website (Chrome browser). Just as you can automate certain things in a Windows task scheduler, I would like to have a script that would allow me the following: > execute this script for example, daily from 7:00 to 20:00, only if the web site [login to view URL] or any of its sub pages are open in Chrome browser (so only if we listen the web radio) > after an adjustable timetable mute the currently broadcast web radio ([login to view URL]). From that web site we are listen many different local radio stations. > play one or more audio files that are located on local computer (with Windows Groove) > play the previously silenced radio station after playing the files I want the script would be customizable in every step: > about execution hours > options for changing the web radio page > how offten would radio be pauses and audio files played (eg. 10 min, 30 min, every hour ...) > define audio files and from where > If it is possible to starting and ending audio files with increasing / decreasing volume
