Hello my name is Dylan Strohschein, I am a United States resident and have been my whole life. I have multiple years of programming experience and I believe that we could work together to make this application. I have experience with text to speech based applications if that is the route you want to try, if not I also have created applications to send files and I could easily use that experience to create something to send sound files. my only question would be what language will I be using to complete this. I mostly develop in c# and vb.
