You will and must have, an Advanced Level of knowledge and previous Experience using and creating the following 'Workflow Process' (software systems) known as; Asana ([login to view URL]), and Zapier ([login to view URL]) - We need assistance in setup and onboarding these platforms. Whilst tech-savvy, have limited experience in this field and no time required to complete. - You will know these platforms inside out, including the full scope of what is achievable and how to design a simple but effective process system, that our property management business and staff, can rely on and count on to assist with their duties and increase our levels of customer service, help desk, ticketing and following through each inquiry made until it is completed or finalized. - You will be able to provide recommendations based on your experience in workflow processing and be able to plan for creating and setting up each tasks or section. - You will have full knowledge of third-party interaction/integration options available and what could be used to improve our processes. - You will create action and riggers, use automation such as sending emails automatically, transferring data to a spreadsheet when trigger completed, and linking programs we currently use like Calendly, Gmail, Google Workspace apps, forms, browser extensions etc. - You will be in charge of creating this entire system - from creating all boards, individual tasks, set reminders, type and draft communications for templates, set actions, follow-up, customer service measures, stages, assigning and setting relevant user permissions for levels of staff and responsibility, pipelines, deadlines and specifically tailoring each and every aspect of the system to run like clockwork. You get the drift! Should you be suitable you will work with us to set up the initial components and main features but will be required to do works on an ongoing basis in order to frequently update, review and simplify the system. - It really is endless where we can take this and this will come down to your speed in completing, having reasonable costs as we are a small business with low budget (but big ideas). - You will need to be VERY fluent in understanding, speaking and writing English (Australian) - Be available via video conference (zoom), voice chat, messenger, and email as required for meetings or to discuss works. - Be able to provide us with relevant examples of similar work you have done or experience with using Ansata.

Hey, Details of last Asana Automation(In-depth details in client feedback on my profile): Automatically creating board, sections, task, sub-task, assigning them to specific users based on logic, setting up recurring task [weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly(for reporting purpose)]. Done this automation using Integromat, can be done using Zapier as well. My Expectations: Flowchart for the whole process. Video demo of existing manual process to design effective solution. Active feedback and testing. Inquistive, that's how my client/colleagues define me :). Answer to a lot of questions. My Introduction: I have around 3 years of experience in automation working on various tools like Zapier, Integromate, IFTTT, etc to name a few. I have 20+ nested(conditional) Zapier integration running with 20+ steps in many of them. I have also worked extensively in Integromat and designed automation with 150+ steps in it.
