The Menu design it's done by a couple of graduated Chefs with experience in this matter and also in meal design. Before the Menu design, we perform a business analysis identifying details of food style, restrictions (if any) on calories, goods availability, competition & merchants at your marketplace, sales forecast, business vision, budget, structure, working hours, etc. Included: Up to 15 individual meals invented already. If meal design or more variety of meals are needed, we can negotiate accordingly. Recommended tools for cooking. Recipes and expected costs. Related operational processes. Suggestions for menu evolution and for minimizing food waiste. Optional differentiators like baking your bread or make it baked for you, or buy it. Best Regards.
