I need a XHTML CSS3 JS coder to convert my PSD/JPG, to a 1 page website, XHTML CSS3, i do not want to use any frameworks. The site should be responsive.
the page should be centered like this:

now i know the above is a bootstrap link but i just want it the same layout.
the header with links should also be floating! like below:

in the testimonials sections, the text should slide in:
