Complete Face Morph Application

We would like to hire a freelancer well versed in Python to complete an application which involves web API queries and face morphing . The planned application takes as input two facial images of different individuals, one from a social media site and one a matched stock model image, and produces as output a "morph" of the two faces. The application is nearly completed but needs the following final steps before deployment: 1) Upload images to a web API to determine face characteristics (e.g. gender and expression). This will require writing a script that sends the images to the API and retrieves/parses the results: estimated 5-7 hours. 2) Based on the face characteristics determined under step 1) select the best matching stock model image; estimated 1-2 hours 3) Pass input image and model image selected in step 2 through existing face morphing code: estimated 1-2 hour 4) Fix artifacts of the morphing process using an existing Poisson blending Python library to make sure that resulting morph looks realistic: estimated 5-10h
