I can do that project for you, I have done that before using a bluetooth module on the robot and c# application on the computer. I can do that for you in just 1 day. If you don't want to use bluetooth module you can use the USB cable for the same purpose. Willing to help you sir.

Hello, the project can be done using either adding Bluetooth module HC-05 and mobile app (easy to program) making you a simple LabVIEW program that is connected to your RC car via Bluetooth and Bluetooth dongle. Both can be done.
