Converting a Python 2.7 codes into Matlab

I want to convert a model that is written in Python 2.7 into Matlab.
After conversion, I want the Matlab model to work exactly like the Python one and generate the same results and data structure (plots, arrays, vectors, .. etc). I want all the comments, descriptions, data matrices transferred from the Python files. The code is attached. I prefer someone with an electrical engineering background.
