need to find area around 1 given LAT/[login to view URL] will be somewhat like triangle. And then need to find out whether given location falling in that area or not. Finally want to convert this in python code as one function.
For example light coming out of torch. So torch is placing at 1 particular LAT/LONG. NOw hv to find how much light is radiating provided max range 1km. Spread of light horizontally lets say 60 degree. So area of light coverage will depend on 1km range and spread angle which is 60 degree.
Finally if other candle lat/long is given , I need to find if that candle falls in that area or not.
