I have several actions to take on my side, I posted prematurely. I will hopefully resolve my actions fairly soon.
The goal is to read excel and place a stock option or future trade.
Trade must be managed/tracked after entry.
I have option trades that I trade intraday. You can buy an option for say $25 and sell it same day for $30
25% profit shy commissions
Problem is you must be right with direction and timing or you just lose your $25.
50-100% loss
Profit and Loss can be staggering on either side
I have developed signals that alert on time to enter trade and either exit at profit target or based on
time of day also you do not want the trade to go hard against you so you would want to say target 20% profit or a 10% loss
I have EXCEL running a DDE connection and then I want to read the output and place the trade which would be a second
DDE connection so Excel is reading live data and Excel is monitored for a signal +2,1,0,-1,-2
+2= buy a call -2 is buy a put
-1 is sell your call if you have an open trade
+1 si sell your put if you have an open trade
