Python with Interactive Brokers API

I would like to create a code in Python that allows to go though multiple stocks(about 20) live data for which is obtained from Interactive Brokers or any other platform, and based on criteria such as volume, bid/ask spread, target price the stock is being bought. Together with the buy order a bracket order of SL and TP needs to be sent of OCA type.
After the order is placed the position needs to be monitored in case volume drops in which case the stock is sold
