SaaS Package - Revenue Share

I will not open auto/bot messages. Serious, ambitious developers with foresight only please. I’d like to package our existing private web solution as a SaaS offering with global potential. Our contribution is: - 20 years industry expertise that resulted in the development of the system - 28 years sales experience - a working and very useful system that can be applied to any industry. It does not need reinventing, just to be repackaged. What I am looking for is a coding partner who will package our system into a SaaS offering which we will take to market. The coder/programmer/developer will be entitled to a revenue share from a system which has huge potential. Our industry and sales experience ensures the expertise, connections and drive needed to successfully market this product. The product is standalone, web-based system that could link to any company’s existing website. It is relatively basic, which is a big benefit, but could be further developed as we see fit. Likely chargeable add-on modules. After much research, I have found nothing like it other then a few very involved, very expensive systems which are not viable for the majority of the market. I'd prefer that it be written in React but open to other systems. It is imperative that you are prepared to work on the proposed payment model. I must be very clear on this. Freelancer requires a budget to be entered so you might see a price/budget on the ad but you should ignore it. I am not proposing to pay upfront for development. We bring a lot to the deal in terms of time, expertise, marketing, sales and business expenses. I am looking for a developer who will rewrite the system for saas and stay onboard for a share in SaaS revenue. Payment options are: 1. Double the dev costs but paid from proceeds of SaaS revenue. 2. Or, stay on as a developer and get ongoing profit share from saas revenue. 80/20 3. Or, 1.5x dev costs from SaaS revenue plus 90/10 revenue split wherein you stay onboard for maintenance and get 10% revenue share. Why are we choosing the far costlier option of revenue share...? Because this product will go a long way and we want a tech partner to come along side and be committed to success and enjoy the benefit thereof. Be assured, this product has incredible potential! We intend to add fees on transactions, many of which are high value. The revenue potential is significant. We will continue to market the product and run the business at our expense so the developer who comes on board gets to capitalise on our experience, business acumen while we run and fund the business.
