Client Success Admin for a Real Estate Company (Transactions Coordinator) - South American only
$2-8 USD / hour
We are looking for a driven Client Success Admin to assist our client in the coordination, scheduling, status, and delivery of the projects and initiatives. As a Client Success Admin, you will be responsible for transaction coordination which includes managing contracts throughout the entire selling and buying process. The successful candidate is also expected to have superb customer service and should be extremely organized. You will also provide excellent service and support to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Main Responsibilities
Ensure a seamless transition from admin to sales to client success with our client and other partners involved in the business
Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing
Handle all the contract-side of the process
Contract walk-thru process (30 minutes to one hour)
SMS & email after each conversation
Keeping track of all the documentation and processes involved in a given transaction
Provide assistance to the client once every 2-4 weeks (pull lists, clean, admin tasks)
Other tasks as needed during the due diligence process
Requirements
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Transaction Coordinator and/or Client Success Manager in a Real Estate industry is required
With knowledge of Real Estate principles; preferred but not required
Must be willing to learn new software/tools
Exceptional communication skills (English required; verbal and written)
In-home office setup including Mac or PC Computer (including webcam for team meetings) with minimum 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8GB, and the most recent version of MS Office installed and a fast and reliable internet connection
Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
Extremely self-motivated with solid time management
Must have good decision-making skills
Must be highly organized and open to a fast-paced, dynamic role
Must be focused on keeping business owners organized and supported in their role
Must be able to assist and act in a confidential capacity
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet or beat deadlines with little to no errors
