I am a real estate investor in Texas. The name of the city is Dallas. The area is called Dallas Forth Worth. I am looking for real estate wholesalers. A wholesaler is a person that sells houses at a discount price because the house needs to be repaired. I need you to scrape the internet and find me all of the wholesalers in the Dallas Fort Worth area. I also sell houses whats called owner finance. What that means is that I am the owner and I will offering financing to home buyers who want to buy houses from me. I am looking for owner finance buyers. I need you to scrape the internet and find me owner finance buyers in the Dallas Forth Worth area. I also have wholesale houses for sale. I need you to find cash buyers who are looking for these discounted houses to fix up and resale. I also need you to find real local real estate agents (Dallas Forth Worth area) that have owner finance buyer leads on their websites and scrape them. We need those owner finance buyer leads.
