Find, Interview and short List Chef from India to work in Saudi Arabia

I am a university professor with a large family. I need a professional chef to work in my home in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
I expect that you are a professional recruiter and have the needed skills to successfully find a chef who meets my below requirements and accepts my Below offer.
Successful completion of this project is when you find a few chefs who (1) meets my below requirements, (2) accepts my offer, (3) I interview them and (4) I accept one of them.
Your task is to:
1- find suitable chefs from India meeting my below requirements. You may use whatever tools you need at your own cost.
2- interview candidates and short-list them for me.
3- arrange for me to make and online interview the shortlisted ones.
4- I may decide to ask the ones I like to prepare a meal for me (I may fly to India or I may ask some of my friends in India in my place)
5- I will chose the one I like from those who successfully completed the online interview and the tasting session.
Below is a detailed job description, tasks etc. of the chef from India that you are tasked to find for me.
*Criteria*:
- The job is in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- Nationality is Indian
- Must be able to speak, read and write English (or Arabic).
- Age: more than 30 years.
- Experience: at least 8 years as the main chef in a major hotel or a 5-star restaurant.
- Cuisine: Indian, Western (Italian, French, American, Malaysian/Indonesian, Chinese, etc.)
- Must be able to make, prepare and cook Appetizers, Salads, Main dishs, Desserts and Snacks.
- Religion: Muslim
- Have a valid driving license
- Must be willing and ready to learn new recipes from us or from cook books.
*Tasks*:
1 – To cook breakfast lunch and dinner for five families (Four of the families live in the same building and my sister's family lives near by and her driver will pickup the meals by car).
2- In between snacks to be prepared as requested.
3 – Some family members have specific food allergies which we will tell him about. He should make special diet for those with allergy avoiding these foods that are causing our allergy.
4- I may have a weekly party for 10 or 15 people in addition to the regular family food.
5- I may have a monthly party for approximately 50 people
6 – Will have 3 to 4 parties per year for approximately 300+ people.
7 – He will be responsible to clean the kitchen and also the dining room area without additional help.
8 – In case of large parties (more than 30 people), helping hands / house maid will be provided as needed.
9 – He will go to the market and buy all the food and raw materials for the cooking on a daily / weekly basis as needed.
*Salary and benefits*:
1- Salary: US$ *1,000* per month.
2- Medical insurance
3- Furnished air-conditioned room . Electricity bill is paid by me.
4- 30 days paid vacation every 2 years.
5- Round-trip Airplane tickets once every two years
6- Allow him to make Hajj on our expense once every five years.
7- Allow him to make Umra several times per year. (Makkah is 50 minutes by car from our house).
8- Allow him to visit MADINA Munawarah a couple of times per year and we will pay for his bus ticket and hotel. (Madina is 5 hours by bus from our house).
9- He will eat from the food he prepares for us free of charge.
