Freelance IT Recruitment

pHi, I have freelance experience as a HR recruiter and HR manager of 5 years.i e.i am experienced in looking after complete cycle of recruitment like posting job ads on linkedin,Facebook and other job sites screening candidates,interviewing them,creating questionnaire related to job vacancy, selecting them, induction,negotiating salary etc.I also worked for clients from Europe,Asia,USA,Gulf,Africa for hiring candidates and as Hr manager looking after various aspects like handling a team,payroll,documentation,leave handling,leave approval,employee orientation, induction,setting team targets,reviewing employees etc. Expert in using search engines like LinkedIn,naukri,indeed,monsteretc I also helped in making and reviewing hr contracts of new joinee  employees. Worked as recruiter for client and helped him in hiring candidates in I.T and non I.T sector. Also worked for a recruitment consultancy in Ireland for hiring  in field of hospitality and health care ,where we need to recruit nurses and health care assistants which also included completing visa procedure,booking aptitude test and various other formalities for nurses coming from Asian countries like Philippines and India to Ireland .
