I am writing to express my strong interest in working with you. I have four years experience as Human Resources generalist, in different industries. While much of my experience, as a generalist, was in situ, my activities as a recruiter were virtual, through Skype, email, and social media. I am used to, and feel really comfortable, doing the whole recruitment process off-site.
The lasts two years I have been working as a talent strategist for different countries and with different profiles.
My responsibilities included being in charge of attendance monitoring, developing and execute recruiting plans. Coordinate and implementing college recruiting initiatives, elaborating a pool of candidates in advance of need, recruiting candidates through Social Network, creating innovative new-employee orientation program, including safety training, and administrating benefits enrollment and programs. Doing market research in order to fill difficult positions and improve my head hunting skills.
According to my experience and my desire to excel, I feel that I can offer the company my eagerness to work, my goal orientation and always give a little more than what the organization expects, in other words, exceed expectations. On the other hand, I think that experience has taught me the importance of building strong relations with the HR department, employees, and candidates.
