Project Description: This project includes the design of a Children café/indoor playground. The shop is located in a restaurant complex and is the only shop intended to serve kids thus provide a space were a family can leave their children to have fun while parents are enjoying their dining experience. Most of the area of the shop should be dedicated for games/activities for children. Games activities might include: (please note that this is changing continuously) Coloring Apron coloring Play Dough Lego Sand art Painting Jars Pretending play sets: Kitchen, Doctor, Carpenter, Barbeque Indoor Playground Slide cars Wall Climbing Ball pool Puppet Show Karaoke Costumes Story Telling TV station ¶A possible design- NOT AREQUIREMENT - would be dividing the shop into 3 to 4 area for different types of games/activities (zones): Zone 1: Arts and crafts A number of tables and chairs were kids can: paint, color, draw, Zone 2: Activity Zone 3: Theatre: open space for story telling, acting, etc. The shop should have a café counter that serves: 1- cake's, sandwiches, cookies, ready sandwaishes etc. (Thus a display refrigerator) 2- Pop corn, Ice cream, cotton candy. (The machines for those items) 3- Candies (by weight candy stand) 4- Beverages (fresh juices), Required Outcome THE FULL PACKAGE for the Children café/indoor playground design- and will include: 1- A creative and eye catching Logo design (suitable for children) 2- Design the place ( from A to Z) .. planning, floors, walls, ceilings, lightings, furniture and even it's accessories. 3- Provide us with 3ds Max (3D): (which we can see our Children café/indoor playground with 3D realistic images, so it will be easy to imagine the place, or change any part in the design) A. Perspectives. (a lot of 3D realistic images (with high resolution) - to cover all the area and showing it's full details) B. plan. C. section. D. elevation. E. side views. 4- Will provide you with (2D) AutoCad drawings for the Children café/indoor playground: A. Floor plan. B. Ceiling plan. C. Zoning plan. D. Circulation plan. 5- Will provide us too with workshop drawings (2D AutoCad): It's an Engineering drawings for all of the design of the Children café/indoor playground (including placement of games) .. And it will include all the dimensions and full details of everything in the place, we could use it for immediate and fast implementation phase for the design, so it will be easy for us to execute the Children café/indoor playground in an easy way and in less time. This will include all engineering drawing including but not limited to placement of: HVAC, water and pluming, Electrical plans, and any other plans needed for execution. And that it will include the detailed design of the café counter for execution by the contractor specifying where equipment will be placed within the counter. We – the project owner - will provide you with dimension of the equipment. 6- Provide us with a material study: A list of all the materials used in the design. 7- 2 Shop Signs (front and rear) with detailed dimensions and necessary drawings for execution. 8- All stationary: invoices book, payment voucher book, business cards, plastic magnetic cards, letter head, second page, in ready for printing format 9- Café Menu (maximum of 8 half A4 single side pages) in ready for printing format Please note the idea of the shop is still developing and that we will need to have some discussions and exchange some ideas. Payment Terms First Payment of 30% will be released after delivery of item 3 in a design that is 100% satisfactory for project owners.. Second Payment of 40% will be released after delivery of items 4 to 6 in a final format that is approved Third Payment of 30% will be released after items 1, 7 to 9 are delivered in final form, and support is provided up to the completion of shop construction by the contractor. Construction will not commence until May and might end by the end of July.
