Hello! I hope you are doing great! I am Zerina and I am interior designer and CG artist. I read your project description and checked out the link you posted and I have an idea of what you want. Unfortunately, I could not open the files you attached. Can you please attach in jpg? I would like to explain the design process and how I would approach this project: 1. firstly, I would make the roof and based on what materials you want to cover it, you can calculate the square footage of sheet metal or other roofing materials you would use (or what is available and affordable in your state). Also the weight of the material will dictate how many support columns we would need to have ( so again this decision is up to you) 2. do you want to change existing decking material to some other material or keep it as it is? 3. the option with pool table and BBQ split area, can be done in 2 separate models, once the 1st two major points are solved 4. and can you please tell me which particular image/images on your houzz link are you drawn to? There are more options with different architectural styles and that confuses me a lot. 5. from me, you would get 2D model (from which we would start this project - basically what goes where and the distances in between) +2 x 3D models I hope I was not to boring going from point to point but since this is one of the projects that needs to be built in reality, I have to do it like this.
