I would need some information on how district heating is invoiced and metered in northern Italy. If you know suitable people, you should be able to get this information from them with a few phone calls and I'm happy to pay for that.
Questions to be addressed.
- How is heating energy measured (energy per each room/apartment/complex ? difference in residential/commercial/public ?)
- Who pays for heating energy (habitant, owner, landlord ?) and based on what (included in rent, separate invoice ?) What are the differences in co-habitation (like city owned or student apartments), rented, owned flats ?
The report should include pictures of heating energy meters (2 residential, 2 commercial buildings/units) and 3-4 pictures of invoices covering district heating (any personal information like names should be removed!). Smart phone pictures are good enough - I just want to learn what is being billed to whom.
This is not a homework, so plagiarism is actually good, if there already exists some good material on this.
This would be very difficult to do remotely and relatively easy if you live in the region and know a few people there, so here's two questions to be answered in your offer to drop automated offers and check basic knowledge:
Name a close metro station to Castello Sforzesco ? What is the unit used to measure heating energy ?
