I am looking for a Full Time virtual assistant to help with various administrative and QA tasks for my company. Here are some tasks that you can expect to do:
• Quality Assurance
• Listen to telephone calls to ensure customer service meets quality assurance standards
• Document quality issues according to procedure
• Online lead generation
• Compile reports pertaining to performance and quality assurance issues for review by management
• Provide timely and efficient feedback on call quality.
• Internet research
• Answer email inquiries
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements and skills:
• Excellent with writing and speaking English
• Knowledge of excel, Gmail, Google Drive
• Reliability & Punctuality
• Independent, proactive, and intelligent. He or she can figure things out on their own but will ask for help/clarification when needed.
• I will expect you to increase your skills as we work together.
• Highly organized and able to quickly learn new material
Work Hours (Flexible but prefer EST daytime hours)
I will provide detailed instructions and training.
• Compensation: $3.00 - $4.00 per hour depending on experience
• Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week
If you are successful, this will be a very long and prosperous relationship. Raises will follow with satisfactory work performance.
