Academic Writer for Health-Related Research Paper

I am only looking for responsible and proper people who can work LONG term with me on academic papers (2500-4000 words) to be published in medical journal. I am not looking for anything less than this. You must be able to ensure its 100% unique. No grammar or spelling issue would be tolerated. You must be able to write atleast 3000 words per week. You must be versatile to Write on health-related topics. Reimbursement would be done weekly basis on Sunday. Please refrain from bidding if you want me to pay advance or pay milestone. I am not going to pay any advance or not going to pay any kind of milestone. I would pay only weekly basis on Sunday. If you do not agree, simply do not bid. If you cant work long term, then also no need to bid. I want people who are committed and can be with me for a long time.
