Find 3 specific niches for amazon Kindle in the "health" field (high demand but low competition)

I would like to start selling books on amazon. I set up KDSPY and tried to focus on health

(e.g. depression, mental health, back pain, skin health, sexuality )

The problem is that I feel like everything is saturated, in all areas I can't find a "good subject opportunity".

I am looking for someone who could find a niche with demand but "not too much" in the field of health or human relations (it could be something else but it would have to be related to "human health and well being") in order to create a catalog that respects a general theme.

Are you able to fin specific keywords in the field of health (not in the field of fitness / dietetics but more in the field of mind / mental / something more medical, professionnal) that will allow me to write a book about a specific sujet with good potential ?

The goal would be to write 3 books, so i need 3 specific niches for 3 differents books.

In conclusion I would need someone professional, with experience in SEO, Amazon Ranking & Kindle Publishing who can :

- find 3 specific niches in the health field (it may be something else, but overall remain in this field)

- Good potential with high demand but no saturation. Competition should not be too high.

- the best keywords for the 3 selected niches with which I can create a «title» that will then allow me to make research on the subject and write the book.
