Write a Contract

I work for Aurena, a venture part of an incubation unit. The goal of Aurena is to develop precision / personalized performance nutrition. I'm looking for a freelancer who is able to provide us with a report on the legal rules around gathering, storing, sharing, and protecting personal information such as DNA and bloodwork as well as simple personal information such name / age etc. Right now we are in the process of setting up all infrastructure around our offering and we would like to do it right from the first time around: - E-commerce platform (probably shopify based) - Website: each consumer will have their own personal profile on which they can see test results from e.g. DNA test. - Tests are performend by third parties who have all data protection and processes in place, so it's about what we need to do when this data is handed over to us. - Data will be used to provide consumer with the right nutrition package and then they will keep seeing their data on their personal profile online. - Target market is US, but website is made in Europe so we need to meet both US and EU rules. So, I'm looking for someone who can provide a report that simply explains everything we need to know about how to deal with such personal data as well as a checklist / action plan on how to meet these regulations so that it's extremely clear. You might need more information to be able to provide the right service so just let me know what other questions I need to answer! Timeline: As soon as possible. Assuming we'll be able to start this week, I would love to have a report in my hands 1 week from the start of service. Thanks and looking forward to work with you!
