I need a system which reads rfid tags and then checks in a database if the yearly tax has been paid and if not it sends email/ letter with fine. I need it for raspberry pi first as a demo version, it needs a user friendly application to add rfid tags to the system with name, adress and optional email adress. for demo uses raspberry pi 4 with mfrc522 rfid card.
