[login to view URL] Basically, we program a survey of 10 questions, and a bot asks the user 10 questions. We record all of the answers in a database. That was originally going to be through a web app, but if we can use WhatsApp (and not pay WhatsApp business) then would do that. I need to build 2 separate apps (but I like matrix for both) 1. RESTFul API has a list of ~500 users. They can all message and contact each other through a single chat app. We can use the [login to view URL] + their server, or spin up our own server if needed. 2. A chatbot that basically conducts a survey over WhatsApp. I give it 100 (emails, or phone numbers, WhatsApp names). It contacts a user, asks it a question, records the answer.
