We need a friendly person to operate our chat during US Business Hours (Weekdays 09:00 to 17:00 EST) and help customers get around our website, answer basic questions about our products and services, collect leads when possible. You should be technically savvy and interested in digital photography, video and know of Adobe products. Experience with Digital Asset Management solutions would be a huge plus. Chat can be operated from a mobile phone. We require chats to be answered within 60 seconds. We will pay a basic rate for being available, a bonus for each satisfied visitor, and if you help us make a sale, we give you a 5% kickback of the revenue. We currently expect a very low chat rate in the US, but hope this will grow quickly over the next weeks and months.
