Sales and Marketing

I need some help with selling something. I am a LinkedIn pro resume writer. I need a virtual assistant or sales person who can monitor the client request that I get continually throughout the day and place bids on the leads that are most promising. It takes about 15 seconds to submit a bid, because I already have a template laid out. Should the template need to be adjusted it will take at most 1 to 2 minutes, the request just have to be monitored throughout the day. I am willing to pay a commission on any leads converted to sales. Each cell has the commission potential of approximately $50, and I typically on my own can generate 2 to 3 sales per week. So I am looking for someone who is willing to work on a mostly commission basis.
