Looking for a local independent sales representative (high commission only) in Montreal. Full time or part time (Commission only)
Sales representative Introduction: A PLus Solutions Home Healthcare Inc. is a Montreal registered home health and social service company. Through public – private and hospital-community partnerships, we facilitate the overall Montreal health and social care system. We provide compassionate, personalized care in the comfort of one's own home, in hospital, nursing home or other facilities. Our services are available 7 days a week from hourly care to 24 hours long term care.
Job Summary: This position is a front line position acting as a representative of A Plus Solutions and providing the services in your scope of practice. The Representative will be accountable to Clinical Director, Administrator, Manager and Supervisor.
The purpose of the job is to 1) communicate, network, build strong relationships , educate and follow -up with potential referral sources in Montreal 2)work along with partnering with our professional services teams to insure we deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
This position requires a great deal of time to be spent in the community and hospital environment. The representative will act as a community liaison for organizing and implementing referral development to assure awareness and a positive community image. The representative will work independently, set and track goals and develop an effective community outreach program.

The representative will work as an independent contractor initially. you will get a competitive sales commission package without base salary initially , and will have the opportunity to become full time employee or potential partner with a competitive base salary + commission + bonus after the three months probation period.
Responsibilities: The following list of duties is a guideline of possible duties to be performed independently or as a group of duties in the course of working with other team members. This project will involve all levels of research, development, marketing and sales.
Visit, revisit, inform and educate network referral sources on a weekly schedule.
Assist the company in developing, managing and maintaining referral relationships.
Acknowledge all network referral source contacts with appropriate correspondence.
Continually research and identify sources for client referrals.
Maintain records & provide weekly networking activities and progress report.
Provide advice to management on key developments with the social work services.
Participate in internal and external professional development activities as appropriate.
Create a framework for the sales team: processes and metrics to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
Qualifications:
Healthcare professionals or people with strong sales and marketing skills are welcome to apply.
Strong networking, presentation and follow-up skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ideal candidate to have hospital or home/care experience.
Must be bilingual.
