Content marketing writer with SEO experience needed for 10 articles

We need someone who has experience in crafting SEO articles for content marketing on via Wordpress site. The site is in support of a travel guide (think Lonely Planet). We need someone to “repackage” the guide’s contents into articles that will attract organic searches on Google and other search engines. Content is all there so minimal research will be needed in creating the articles. ***This initial project is for 10 articles, and we will award further blocks of 10 articles at the same rate upon successful completion of the initial 10.*** TEST REQUIRED: Out of all applicants, we will tentatively award the project to one candidate and ask them to take a small test: He or she will receive one chapter from the travel guide and must submit 5 sample blog post titles and 1 sample blog post based on the chapter. If we do not choose the candidate for the project, we will not use their work. The candidate may also opt not to participate in the test, in which case we will tentatively award the project to another candidate. We will only ask one candidate to take the test at a time until we find the right person for the job (hopefully it will be the first test taker). QUALIFICATIONS: - Strong command of the English language (U.S. English) is a must. - Only writers with SEO and content marketing experience need apply. - Must be savvy in acquiring images to accompany articles. Images must be copyright free or adhere to the creative commons license. - Please include examples of your work.
