The project fee is for the 12 week period and in over 4 milestones, namely:
4 weeks after launch - 25%

On hand over of all passwords or digital assets created over the period - 25%
The real keeper here is you keep the client if you perform, going forward based on a regular-sized retainer of a much higher fee. This is for the company to find that freelancer and get sales flowing so they can afford them going forward.
