Need some Minor 2 to 4 changes and customization in Shopify

I am looking shopify Designer or developer wo can do some customization as per reference site. these are some minor design changes but it needs custom coding experience in shopify to change sections and make custom changes. like 1)header needs to be adjusted like reference 2)Products section needs some bg changes like reference. 3) Footer area needs to be responsive like reference. Only looking affordable as this is very small task and hardly will take 1 or 2 hrs. Skills: Shopify, .liquid , web design
