Digital Marketer needed to Enhance website, content Dev. and do SEO & social media marketing

I own 3 small businesses which needs a digital marketer to be hands-on and focus on the the digital marketing strategy. We don’t have a big budget for digital marketing. As we are looking for someone to grow with the biz. The person must be dedicated to create a strategy and ensure the execution with the correct content development he / she must be good in research and content writing. Even have skills in video editing if necessary.
The 3 biz are - dental clinic, corporate training biz and a coaching biz- ( life , executive & small biz coaching) . All 3 biz are doing well now and in survival mode due to the Pandemic.
The individual must also be prepared to be committed for 3 -6 months at least and to continue for long term as an outsourced free lance digital marketer. Person must be self managed results drive. and highly committed to the outcomes and success of the business.
Rates / fees are hourly based. Candidate selected will be dependent on the bids submitted which can convince me.
