We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant with a strong background in social media marketing, specifically on Facebook and Instagram, to help promote our videos and increase their reach.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of promoting content on these platforms, as well as excellent negotiation skills to secure partnerships with other pages and groups. This is a part-time, remote position with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy on Facebook and Instagram, focusing on promoting our videos and increasing their reach.
2. Identify, join, and actively participate in relevant Facebook groups where our target audience is present, sharing our videos and engaging with members.
3. Research and identify potential Facebook pages and Instagram accounts for collaboration and negotiate promotional agreements to increase our video exposure.
4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports on the effectiveness of our promotional efforts, and adjusting the strategy as needed.
5. Maintain a deep understanding of the latest trends and best practices for promoting content on Facebook and Instagram.
6. Collaborate with our team to develop and implement creative promotional ideas and campaigns.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or similar role, with a focus on Facebook and Instagram marketing.
2. Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram algorithms, features, and best practices for video promotion, engagement, and reach optimization.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of securing promotional partnerships and collaborations.
4. Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize content promotion strategies.
5. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
6. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to grow our audience and increase the visibility of our videos.
7. Familiarity with social media management tools to schedule and monitor promotional activities.
8. Basic graphic design and video editing skills, to create visually appealing content for promotions when necessary.
9. Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
10. Familiarity with the content and target audience of our videos, in order to effectively tailor promotional efforts to the appropriate demographics.
11. A reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop, as this is a remote position.
