Social Media Manager To Create and Plane Content For Facebook & Instagram

I am looking for a Social Media Specialist/Manager who has a solid knowledge of social channels specifically Instagram and Facebook to grow audience, create and distribute content.
Should be on top of all news/trends, and has descent experience creating fun, engaging content.
- Content & strategy planning - Using Asana or any other tool is a plus
- implement strategies to grow our community. We value quality over quantity.
- Measure posts, find the best time to post, and new content ideas for future posts.
- Excellent Writing Skills in English , knowing Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
- Using Hootsuite or any other tool (facebook) to promote/schedule content
- Design engaging content in any style: graphics, slides, gifs, small infographics, videos.
- Be on top of all business niche & ready to make changes to the posts if we needed
- Can provide insight, analytics. and suggest improvements for each month
Experience in setting up facebook ads to generate leads are a plus. We do like to try facebook ads later on.
