APPs for smart TV's, computers & mobile devices (Live Video Streaming and live video chat over live stream)

Any information beyond contained in this message will require non-disclosure and non-compete agreements to be signed and you must be resident of a country that allows US prosecution. Due to the fact that you will not be allowed to recreate the functions of these applications a profit share agreement will be put in place and all information must remain confidential for the term of the agreements. Other development opportunities may be offered to you as well, there are several projects that require experienced coders that develop software. Please review our needs below. 1) PC and Mac OS -Live Chat Admin Account APP 2.) PC and Mac OS - Host Accounts (Receives All Chat Communications and can initiate calls to any user) A call random user user function will be needed. 3.) Smart TV APP - Viewing Live Stream and pre recorded content (Android TV, Amazon Firestick, Apple TV, Element, Google TV, Google Chromecast, Hisense, Insignia, LG, ONN Roku, Phillips, TLC Roku, Toshiba, Visio, Sony, Sceptre, Westinghouse, RCA,) 4.) Windows 10, Windows mobile, Mac OS, iOS, & Android - Live video and text chat APP (Can only communicate with Host accounts) 5.) Web portal for purchasing access, downloading apps, and online stream viewing. Live text and live video chat must be able to be seen on screen during the live video stream. All streaming content will come from the one central source location that has a dedicated data center with multiple 1TB fiber internet connections as well as multiple high definition C band satellite uplinks. All viewers will be required to setup a user account on a PHP members site. A three factor verification will be needed. (SMS, EMAIL & Social Media) Both video streams can be hosted on independent dedicated dual Intel Xeon Platinum Supersavers with up to 1TB of ram and 64TB of storage with read and write speeds if needed. Global and Regional Load Balancing services will be used along with a local load balancing hardware and software system.
