Build a simple Vector Illustration Desktop Program

We require a simple Vector Desktop Program built - a very basci version of Adobe Illustrator We will use the program to automate the creation of vector files with personalised data (such as names) from a MySQL database - so will need to think about how the program can be controlled / run from a string of data in a MySQL database. This functionality can be discussed and the workings to be decided The program will need the following functions, > Document set up (standard A4 size artboard - but ability to change artboard size if needed - in millimeters) > Ability to import vector files > Ability to group / ungroup selected vectors > Text box function - type text on straight line only > Convert text to outline function > Resize selected vectors / vector groups to set width / height > Move / position selected vectors / group of vectors on the X or Y axis of the page > Ability to create a script for processes (similar to Adobe Illustrator) so that we can automate processes > Save file function The program will need to run on Windows 7 Please ask any questions and I can provide more information as needed
