Create a C++ .exe file that launches an application The screen should then present a login screen with user name and password The user will enter user name and password and click ok The application will connect to a SQL database (allow for different connections strings in .ini file or the like) and verify the user name and password The application will open up a blank screen with Screen with NEW APP in the title bar
