I am looking for a developer who have experience CCTV real time video analysis - counting. Description are - RTSP network video input - 2 or 4 way vehicle moving detection and counting - size filtering algorithm for motorbike, vehicle, or truck - should consider day and night condition - report : data log by time, direction, and size - configurable : threshold for image recognition related factors - operation : windows 7 above - need to be finished within 5 days and 2 more days for tuning (total 7 days) Please apply if anyone interested We have more projects up coming and upgrading.
